You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address provided at checkout.
Because CaliLean products are research materials that may require proper storage and handling, we do not accept returns of opened, used, tampered with, or temperature-compromised products.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially non-conforming, contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at hello@calilean.com. We may request photos, order details, and other information before offering a replacement, store credit, or refund.
