Practical answers about research reading, products, member access and laboratory records.

What does research use only mean?

CaliLean products are sold for in-vitro laboratory research only, not human or animal consumption. The website does not provide treatment, dosing or administration advice.

Where do I see current product availability?

Use the live CaliLean storefront. The storefront maintains current stock, prices and checkout. Member access remains in the separate portal.

Where is the member selection?

Existing members should use the separate CaliLean member portal. The public research site is not a mirror of the full member catalog.

Are all products covered by the available COAs?

No. The supplied documentation set contains two Vanguard reports for submitted GLP-3 and KLOW samples. It is not complete testing coverage for every product or batch.

Can I download the original reports?

Yes. Each report page links to the unaltered original PDF and displays the original certificate image.

Are articles and resources different?

Resources use a reference-style format. Articles cover narrower questions and reading notes. Each has its own collection and categories, so you can follow the kind of reading you need.

What should I include in an order-support request?

Include the order number, the email used for the order and a clear description of the issue. Do not share passwords, payment-card details or member verification codes.

How do I flag a source error?

Send the page URL, the passage and the original source. A clear reference helps identify what needs checking.

Where are shipping and return terms?

The policy section links to the current CaliLean storefront policies. Read the full storefront policy for the terms that apply to an order.
